Minerals
ClearLead’s team has worked on energy, sustainability and environmental compliance for companies in the mining, quarrying and aggregates sector. Notably, ClearLead has been working with ICL Group since 2014, providing facilitation, mentoring and technical advisory services to ICL’s ACE Energy Efficiency Programme which covers mining and mineral processing sites in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. Our team’s other past clients in the sector include Aggregate Industries and Lafarge-Tarmac, among others.

The diverse sector of secondary manufacturing is one in which ClearLead is well experienced. ClearLead’s team have long history of experience in the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on hotels. Our current clients include Hilton Worldwide and Kempinski Hotels and resorts. In addition, our team have previously worked with other major players in the sector including Marriott, Hyatt, Brend Hotels and Folio Hotels. Our services to the transport sector include development of sustainable transport plans; sustainability appraisal and strategic environmental assessments of local transport plans and national transport policy; implementation of environmental, energy and integrated management systems; transport energy audits and energy audits; and surveys of transport infrastructure, in particular, ports and airports. Education
ClearLead’s experience in the Education sector includes the development and implementation of environmental and integrated management systems; energy and water audits and surveys; and feasibility studies on the implementation of renewable energy technologies. We are currently working with Lancaster University on the implementation of ISO14001 and an integrated management system. Past clients of our team include the University of Edinburgh, The University of Leicester, Manchester University and Edge Hill University, as well as the primary and secondary school portfolios of a number of Local Authorities.
Property and Real Estate
ClearLead’s services in property and real estate include corporate sustainability strategy; energy audits and surveys; waste minimisation; environmental, energy and integrated management systems; and planning advice and support. Our planning support services include Environmental Impact Assessment; Habitat Regulations Assessment; sustainability statements; BREEAM; and Code for Sustainable Homes support.
