Energy Reduction in China

ClearLead provided technical programme management and mentoring support to ICL in China, with cost-effective energy savings of nearly 30% identified.

Lancaster University

Lancaster University was named University of the Year 2018 by The Sunday Times Good University Guide. Recognising the importance of tightening legislation, Lancaster University commissioned ClearLead to implement and maintain an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System for their Facilities Division.

Severn Waste Services

ClearLead Consulting UK have been retained consultants to Severn Waste Services on a long-term basis, supporting with their Quality, Environmental and Safety (QES) Management System.

PD Ports

The PD Ports Group is a leading ports and logistics company with key locations around the UK. Aware of the role they play in environmental protection, they commissioned ClearLead’s consultants to help maintain their ISO 14001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS). We advise senior management on the actions required to achieve compliance as well as on corporate governance and communication strategies.

NHS Trust

ClearLead were asked to support an NHS Trust by project-managing the replacement of a failed chiller. The work was originally scheduled for Easter 2020, but when the chiller (manufactured in Italy) became unavailable owing to Italy’s lockdown, an urgent alternative was required prior to the onset of warm spring weather.
